Shipping Policy

For the United States we have free shipping. Take into account that you will receive your order in 5 to 8 business days.

Orders are shipped as soon as your order is processed in our store

When you make your purchase, you will be kept informed of your order by email within the next two business days.

IMPORTANT:

  • We use different courier companies to ship worldwide.
  • Delivery times start 2-3 business days after order is placed, depending on availability and credit check.
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays, packages lost by shipping companies, or any other issues once your order has shipped. In case of problems once your package has been shipped, you must make the claim directly with the delivery company selected by you in your purchase process.
  • If the order is returned by the transport company for not being able to deliver it, you are responsible for paying the return shipping.

  • Depending on the customs laws of the country where you are going to receive the package, additional tax charges may apply to the shipping cost. We recommend that you verify the customs laws that apply in your country with the international shipping company of your choice.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY

APPLIES ONLY FOR ORDERS WITHIN THE USA.

Requests to return or exchange an order must be made within 15 days from the date of purchase.

Returns:

We are sorry to hear that you wish to return an item.

If you wish to return your purchase, keep in mind that you have 15 days to do so, please send us an email to contacto@julderc.com. Please include your order number and the reason you are returning the item. We will send you an email with the instructions to follow.

You can get your money back or we’ll give you store credit that you can use whenever you want.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in perfect condition. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached and in perfect condition.

We will notify you by email when we receive the returned package and can effectively process your return either by returning the money or through credit in our store.

NOTE: Shipping costs will not be refunded.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the products are not in good condition, have been used or altered in any way, or if the original tags are missing.

Changes:

    • If you would like to exchange your product for another size or model, we will be happy to help you and you have 30 days to do so.
    • Send an email to contacto@julderc.com. Please include your order number and the reason you are exchanging the product. We will send you an email with the instructions to follow.
    • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in perfect condition. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached and in perfect condition.
    • For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges of our categories: underwear and girdles.
    • We will send you your new product as soon as the product arrives at our store. Please allow approximately 7-10 business days from the day we receive your returned product.
    • We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the products are not in good condition, have been used or altered in any way, or if the original labels are missing.

 

NOTE: All shipping costs will be borne by the customer, as well as any price difference on the new product. If the price difference is in your favor, you will receive a store credit.
